**Official Contest Rules**

Welcome to the 80s Babies Streetwear Design Contest! By participating in this contest, you agree to the following rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully before submitting your design.

### **1. Eligibility**
– The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
– Participants must have a public Instagram account to enter.
– Participants must agree to be paid the cash prize and profit share by Paypal or Wize Payments.
– Employees, contractors, and affiliates of 80s Babies Clothing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or to win.

### **2. Contest Overview**
2.1 **Create a Design**
Participants are invited to create an 80s nostalgia inspired shirt design, incorporating the following required elements:
– The words “80s Babies” or “80s Babies Clothing”
– Design must be monotone – using only one colour.
– Incorporate elements inspired by the 80s, an 80s inspired character, 80s graffiti or mural style, skateboard, breakdancing, boombox, and other nostalgic themes.
– Be creative!
2.2 **Enter the Contest**
– Post your design to your Instagram feed and tag @80sBabiesClothing in the IMAGE (not just the caption) to submit your entry.
– Entries will be considered for which ever monthly contest they post during.
– Participants may submit multiple designs, but each must be a unique entry.
– Participants may win as many times as they are successfully voted the winner!
2.3 **Get Voted In**
– Up to 6 top designs will be selected each month to compete in a public voting round.
– Participants chosen for voting must submit their high-quality design files to qualify for the voting stage.
– Voting is open to the public, with one vote allowed per person per 24 hours.
– Contestants are encouraged to promote their position and ask their friends, family and followers to vote daily!
2.4 **Winner Announcement**
– The design with the most votes at the end of the voting round will be declared the winner.
– Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and announced publicly on the 80s Babies Clothing website and social media channels.

### **3. Prizes**
3.1 **Cash Prize**
– The winner will receive a $1000 CAD cash prize, paid within 24 hours of the winner announcement via PayPal or Wise.
3.2 **Limited Edition Streetwear Collaboration**
– The winning design will be featured in a 30-day limited-edition streetwear drop, available for purchase on the 80s Babies Clothing website.
– Winners will receive a unique promo code to share with their audience for purchases.
3.3 **Profit Sharing**
– Winners will earn 10% of profits from all sales made using their unique promo code during the limited edition run, paid via PayPal or Wise at least 30 days AFTER the print run ends and all garments have been shipped out and received. Refunded or returned orders will not be eligible for profit share.
3.4 **Artist Feature**
– Winners will receive credit for their design and a permanent artist feature on the 80s Babies Clothing website, including links to their social media and/or personal website.

### **4. Design Submission Guidelines**
– Designs must be monotone (one color).
– Winning designs submitted waive the right to intellectual property ownership, granting 80s Babies Clothing full usage rights for promotional and merchandising purposes.
– Submitted designs that do not win also waive the intellectual property rights and 80s Babies Clothing brand may use designs for promotional and marketing purposes. Artist credit and link back will always be given.
– 80s Babies Clothing reserves the right to adjust design colours for garment printing purposes.
– Participants must submit high-quality, print-ready design files if selected for the voting round.
– Accepted file types: PSD, AI, or high-quality 300dpi PNG with a minimum width of 1000px.

### **5. General Terms**
– By entering, participants agree to comply with these official rules and decisions made by 80s Babies Clothing, which are final and binding.
– 80s Babies Clothing reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the contest rules, include offensive content, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
– Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their prizes.
– 80s Babies Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
